# Comment intégrer un CSV pour créer mes contrats d’assurance ?

## Gagner du temps, en important vos contrats d’assurance en une seule fois grâce à un fichier CSV !

Voici les étapes à suivre : 

1. **Préparez votre fichier CSV** 
     - Chaque ligne doit correspondre à un contrat.
     - Les colonnes doivent contenir les informations essentielles : nom du client, référence du matériel, valeur assurée, date de début et de fin, etc.
     - Vérifiez que votre fichier est bien encodé en **UTF-8** et enregistré avec l’extension `.csv`.
2. **Accédez à votre espace Tulip** 
     - Connectez-vous à la plateforme Colibri.
     - Allez dans la rubrique **“Créer un Contrat”** puis cliquez sur **“Importer un fichier CSV”**.

1. **Importez votre fichier** 
     - Sélectionnez votre fichier CSV.
     - Associez chaque colonne de votre fichier aux champs correspondants dans Tulip (ex. colonne “Nom” → champ “Client”).

1. **Validez et créez vos contrats** 
     - Vérifiez l’aperçu pour vous assurer que toutes les données sont bien reconnues.
     - Cliquez sur **“Importer”** : vos contrats seront créés automatiquement.

Astuce Made in Tulip : vous pouvez télécharger un **modèle de CSV préformaté** directement depuis la plateforme pour éviter toute erreur de structure.
